Happy moments

 We enjoyed a wonderful and beneficial time with some sisters practicing the energy harmony of the chakras through a yoga session, energy meditations, and a method of mixing oils to activate the chakras. This was done during the “Energy Wisdom” course held today at the Scrito de Vida Center
